4. Payments & Fees

All services are subject to agreed pricing. Payments must be made according to the schedule mentioned in the project agreement.

Delayed payments may result in:

  • Project delays
  • Temporary suspension of services
  • Additional charges if applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is received.

VEU Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in:

  • Portfolio
  • Website
  • Social media platforms
  • Promotional materials

6. Confidentiality

Both VEU Media and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or private information shared during the project unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While VEU Media strives to deliver high-quality services, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruptions
  • Marketing results that depend on external factors such as platform algorithms, market conditions, or audience response.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice according to the terms mentioned in the project agreement. Payments for completed or ongoing work must still be settled.

9. Changes to Terms

VEU Media reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
